The set up on the back blurb is for what the villain of this book is doing to cause trouble ie. starting an uprising. No mention is made of the characters from the first book. It takes up the first of two paragraphs. The second paragraph describes the world in which the story is set and what type of action you can expect to find, ie. war, intrigue, and betrayal.
